Lead our café and retail experience from the ground up. In addition to barista duties, you’ll shape the full Haus Café vision — from offerings to operations to the feeling people walk away with.

Lead Barista

Bring your craft and your heart. We’re looking for someone who shows up with intention and makes every interaction count.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have my brother, Vladimir, by my side—leading the architectural vision for the very first HealHaus studio in Brooklyn and now our second home in Newark. I truly wouldn’t be able to do this without him. He’s helped bring this vision to life from the very beginning—believing in it, speaking it into me, and executing it with care and excellence.

Buildouts always come with hurdles, and during the tougher moments, Vlad has kept me grounded and sane—reminding me of the bigger picture.

Each elixir is thoughtfully crafted to support gut health, digestion, inflammation, and overall well-being.
