Singaporean Rice Recipe Pakistani Restaurant Style by Mariam - Cooking With Passion, Dawat Platter

For fried garlic & chili
Oil 1/2 cup
Garlic 10 - 12 cloves
Green chili 1 medium size

Chicken Manchurian:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Oil 4tbs
Ginger & garlic paste 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Water 1& 1/2 cup or as required
Tomato ketchup 3/4 cup
Soya sauce 2tbs
Chili sauce 2tbs or to taste
Sugar 1tsp
White pepper 1tsp
Chinese salt 1tsp (optional)
1/2 cup water + 1&1/2 tbs corn starch

For rice
Water 8- 10 cups
Salt 2 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
Basmati rice 500g ( 2 & 1/2 cup)
Oil 2tbs

Mayo sauce hot sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Tomato ketchup 4- 5 tbs
Hot sauce 2tbs or to taste

Spaghetti:
Oil 3 - 4 tbs
Ginger & garlic paste 1tsp
White part of spring onion 2 - 3 tbs
Cabbage 3/4 cup
Carrot 1/2 cup
Bell pepper 1/2 cup or 1 small size
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Spaghetti 1 pack
Hot sauce 1tbs or to taste
Soya sauce 2tbs
Black pepper 1tsp
Green part of spring onion 3-4tbs
Chinese salt 1tbs
