Onion 100g
Bell pepper 1 medium size
Coriander leaves 4 - 5 tbs
Green chili chopped to taste
Chili flakes 1tbs
Paprika 1tsp
Salt 1tsp or to taste
Cumin powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Red Chili powder 1/4 tsp or to taste
Butter/ ghee 2 tbs
Garlic paste 1tbs
Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Salad:
Onion
Tomato
Cucumber
Coriander/ parsley leaves
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Sumac powder

Sauce:
Mayonnaise 2tbs
Yogurt 1tbs
Hot sauce 1-2 tbs
Salt & pepper

Oven Baked Chicken Roast Mariam’s Signature Recipe (NO OIL) Healthy Version Of Lahori Chargha

Whole Chicken 1200g - 1300g
Yogurt 3tbs
Vinegar 2tbs
Lemon juice 2tbs
Ginger garlic paste 2tbs
Salt 2& 1/2 tsp or to taste
Red chili powder 1/2tsp or to taste
Kashmiri mirch 1tsp
Chili flakes 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds 1/4tsp

Bake at 350f / 180c for 40-45 minutes then apply remaining marinade and steam bake for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Time depends on chicken size!
