Homestyle Beef and Cheddar Egg Noodle Bake

Ingredients:

12 oz egg noodles

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.

Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Add the cooked egg noodles and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Mix until fully combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Creamy Rotel Sausage Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

1 lb ground sausage (mild, hot, or your preferred variety)
1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies), undrained
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for serving

Directions:

Cook the Sausage:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
Combine Cream Cheese:
Reduce the heat to low. Add the softened cream cheese to the skillet and stir until fully melted and combined with the sausage.
Add Rotel and Cheddar Cheese:
Stir in the Rotel (undrained) and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
Serve:

🍇🍪 EASY BLUEBERRY RICE KRISPIES TREATS 🍇🍪

Ingredients:

3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
1/4 cup blueberry jam or blueberry fruit spread
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: White chocolate chips or dried blueberries for topping

Directions:

Prepare the Pan: Grease a 9x9-inch square baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal of the treats.
Melt the Butter and Marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
Add Blueberry Jam: Stir in the blueberry jam (or fruit spread) and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined. Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
Combine with Rice Krispies: Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly fold in the Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until the cereal is fully coated with the blueberry marshmallow mixture.

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

Directions:

1- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
5- Fold in the hot fudge sauce until the mixture is evenly colored but not overmixed.
6- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
7- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Easy Baked Beef Chiles Casserole

Ingredients:

6 large poblano peppers, halved and seeded
1 ½ pounds ground beef, or to taste
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground paprika
¼ teaspoon ground dried chipotle pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 large onion, chopped
2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
cooking spray
3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, or to taste

Directions:

Set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place poblano peppers cut-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.
Cook under the preheated broiler until poblano pepper skins have blackened and blistered, 5 to 8 minutes. Place blackened peppers into a bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Allow peppers to steam as they cool, about 10 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef, chili powder, garlic, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, paprika, chipotle pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook and stir until beef is no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Add onion; cook until slightly softened, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes with green chiles; cook until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes more. Let beef mixture cool.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Run water over the poblano peppers to remove skins and discard them; drain peppers on paper towels. Place a layer of peppers on the bottom of the prepared dish; place 1/3 of the beef mixture on top. Cover with 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend. Repeat layers twice more in the same order.
Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, about 35 minutes.

1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

EASY VEGAN MUSHROOM MEATBALLS! 🍄💚

Ingredients:

- 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Directions:

1- First things first, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2- Grab a skillet and heat some olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until it's nice and fragrant.
3- Now, add the finely chopped mushrooms and let them cook until they're soft and have released most of their moisture.
4- In a mixing bowl, combine the mushroom mixture, cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, oregano, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
