Homestyle Beef and Cheddar Egg Noodle Bake
Ingredients:
12 oz egg noodles
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Add the cooked egg noodles and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Mix until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
