The iLB Corporation did Subfloor repairs.
We picked everything up and got
new plywood that we glued
down to the concrete.
After We then nailed it down
with concrete nails.

TIPS:
Determine the extent of the damage,
such as warping, cracking, or delamination.
Carefully cut out the damaged plywood.
Clean the exposed area and remove any debris. Make sure the joists underneath
are in good condition.
Sand the area smooth so it is flush with the existing floor.
Apply any necessary finishes
to match the rest of the area.
Make sure the repaired
area is stable and secure,
and does not move or squeak.

I have been working a lot in the last 8 months,
we have been doing finish carpentry work with my company, where we have installed
kitchens and cabinets to lot doors. 🚪 ⏳️
Its here fortunately, the good hardwood season has come back already.
