In the den / guest bedroom, Hunter Douglas motorized solar shades automate the process of opening, closing, and adjusting throughout the day. Paired with Caesarstone window sill tops, the integration is both refined and highly functional.

At 5% opacity, the shades maintain a connection to the NYC skyline while providing privacy from the outside—balancing light, view, and discretion in a way that feels effortless.

It’s these layered details that define how a space truly lives.

Sneak peek inside our latest design-build + interiors project in NYC

This 2-bedroom residence was thoughtfully opened up to maximize the view, creating a seamless, light-filled space that now truly comes to life as furnishings are installed.

To optimize functionality, we defined distinct living zones through intentional furniture layouts—subtly separating the dining area from the seated living space without disrupting flow. The result is a home that feels both expansive and highly considered.

Clean lines and simplicity keep the space feeling light, while details like tandem pocket doors and wired window treatments elevate both form and function.
