As a SPORTS FAN ⚽️ 🏒 I am loving having all of my fan gear in one place! Ready to grab and throw into the car with my chair for the next great season of soccer Kimball Union Academy Athletics (and at the end of the season, the bag goes away just as it started! No impulse shopping because you can’t find the swag from last season!!)

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUT EVERYTHING ON THE LIST!!

YOU ALREADY HAVE lunchboxes, backpacks, highlighters and glue sticks.

I will NEVER deny fresh notebooks and planners. ✨They actually do manifest fresh starts and fabulous things✨

BUT please, do not compulsively buy the “whole list” without looking around your home first!

STAGING A HOME
Is so many things, with several phases and lots of ingredients.

Today we are bringing in the extra things after day one where we remove the extra things!!!

Staging home creates a neutral environment with welcoming feeling
It is also the beginning of the transition from homeowner to home seller! We depersonalize the home and change the vibe. This process sometimes can cause a little bit of friction for the homeowner as they are being challenged with the idea that their home can and will be different in the future - this is actually growth! And essential for the transition!

Once the home feels different, they are ready to sell and ready to move!! our process thinks about all of this! We take our time, we communicate, we plan together and we prepare for the next chapter!!

And we help the home to sell at its highest value - win win win win!

THE CLOFFCE (closet turned office) is not a new invention. This beautiful space was home to a prolific writer starting around 1783. Judith Sargent Murray wrote countless letters from this space in her home on Middle St. in Gloucester, MA (now the Sargent House Museum ).

She was a champion for women’s rights, an essayist and poet.
