Once the site of a one-story garage built in the 1900s, this property was transformed by SKAPC into a four-story, single-family townhouse in Brooklyn’s sought-after central Williamsburg neighborhood. The ground-up construction features a design reflective of the original structure’s façade while boasting a modern interior and rear.

The SKAPC team was hired to come up with an entirely new exterior look and feel for this high-rise apartment building, which includes ground floor retail, situated in Jersey City’s desirable Newport neighborhood. SKAPC redesigned the 19-story building’s entire façade to feature a “pixelated” glass and metal design.

This 1850s-era Tribeca warehouse was converted into new offices for Steven Kratchman Architect, P.C. The design features flow from the existing conditions and programmatic requirements. Fourteen wood joists were removed and recycled to build two flights of stairs and a conference table. The upstairs was zoned for amenity spaces and the downstairs for the design studio.
