🐖 6 PORK RECIPES WITH SIDES YOU NEED TO TRY

1. Garlic Pork Chops with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 pork chops (about 600 g)
2 tbsp oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp oregano
Salt and black pepper
800 g potatoes
80 ml milk
40 g butter
Salt

Instructions:

Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with milk, butter, and salt.
Season the pork chops with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chops until golden on both sides.
Add the garlic near the end and cook briefly.
Serve hot with the mashed potatoes.

👉 20–25 minutes

2. BBQ Pulled Pork with Fries and Coleslaw

Ingredients:

800 g pork shoulder
150 g BBQ sauce
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper
800 g potatoes, cut into fries
Oil for frying
150 g shredded cabbage
50 g carrot, shredded
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp vinegar
Salt

Instructions:

Season the pork with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Roast low and slow until very tender, then shred with forks.
Mix with BBQ sauce.
Fry the potatoes until golden and crisp.
Mix cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, vinegar, and salt for the slaw.
Serve the pulled pork with fries and coleslaw.

80 g tomato
50 g cucumber

Instructions:

Make small cuts all over the pork.
Mix garlic, citrus juice, oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Rub the pork all over and marinate for several hours or overnight.
Roast slowly until tender inside and golden outside.
Serve sliced with rice or moro and a fresh salad.

1. Pains au Chocolat Classiques
Ingrédients
1 pùte feuilletée levée
Barres de chocolat noir
40 g de beurre
1 jaune d’Ɠuf
1 c. Ă  soupe de lait
Sucre perlé (facultatif)
Préparation
Découpez la pùte en rectangles.
Déposez les barres de chocolat puis roulez.
Laissez lever 1 heure.
Badigeonnez de jaune d’Ɠuf mĂ©langĂ© au lait.
Faites cuire 18 à 20 min à 180°C.
2. Pains au Chocolat aux Pépites
Ingrédients
1 pùte feuilletée levée
Pépites de chocolat
Beurre fondu
1 jaune d’Ɠuf
Lait
Sucre
Préparation
Étalez les pĂ©pites sur les rectangles de pĂąte.
Roulez délicatement.
Laissez reposer jusqu’à ce que la pñte gonfle.
Badigeonnez de jaune d’Ɠuf.
Faites cuire jusqu’à belle coloration dorĂ©e.
3. Pains au Chocolat Double Chocolat
Ingrédients
Pùte feuilletée au cacao
Chocolat noir
Chocolat au lait
40 g de beurre
1 jaune d’Ɠuf
Sucre glace
Préparation
Garnissez la pĂąte avec les deux chocolats.
Roulez les pains au chocolat.
Laissez lever 1 heure.
Dorez au jaune d’Ɠuf.
Cuisez 18 Ă  20 min puis saupoudrez de sucre glace.

Ingrédients
Pùte feuilletée
Chocolat noir
Amandes effilées
Beurre
Sucre
CrĂšme d’amande lĂ©gĂšre
Préparation
Étalez un peu de crùme d’amande sur la pñte.
Ajoutez le chocolat puis roulez.
Parsemez d’amandes effilĂ©es.
Badigeonnez de dorure.
Faites cuire jusqu’à ce que les viennoiseries soient bien feuilletĂ©es.

Ingrédients
Pùte feuilletée
Chocolat praliné
Noisettes concassées
Beurre
Sucre
Jaune d’Ɠuf
Préparation
Garnissez la pùte de chocolat praliné.
Ajoutez quelques noisettes concassées.
Roulez soigneusement.
Dorez au jaune d’Ɠuf.
Faites cuire jusqu’à obtenir une belle couleur caramel.

Ingrédients
Pùte feuilletée
Chocolat noir fondant
Beurre

Lait
Copeaux de chocolat
Préparation
Placez le chocolat fondant au centre des rectangles.

One-Pot Mexican Rice & Beans
A complete meal in one pot – rice, beans, tomatoes, and warm spices. đŸ…đŸŒ¶ïž
Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup long-grain rice

1 can (400g) diced tomatoes

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn kernels

2 cups vegetable broth

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

œ tsp salt

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add rice and cook for 1 minute, stirring.

Add tomatoes, black beans, corn, broth, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Stir well.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 18–20 minutes.

Remove from heat. Let sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Garnish with cilantro. Serve warm.

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup water

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

œ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Toppings: sliced banana, shredded coconut, toasted almonds

Instructions:

In a pot, combine oats, water, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to low and cook for 5–7 minutes until creamy.

Pour into bowls. Add your favorite toppings. Serve warm.

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets (500–600 g total)
300 g jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
50 g butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Season the salmon and shrimp with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the salmon and cook 4–5 minutes per side.
Add the shrimp during the last 2–3 minutes per side.
Finish with parsley and lemon juice.

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets (500 g total), cut into chunks
300 g jumbo shrimp
250 g pasta
200 ml heavy cream
2 tbsp butter

Salt and black pepper

Instructions:

Cook the pasta and set aside.
Season salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
Cook salmon chunks in butter until lightly golden, then remove.
Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side and remove.
In the same pan, cook garlic for 30 seconds, add cream, and simmer 2–3 minutes.
Return salmon and shrimp to the pan, add pasta, and toss gently.

Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato & Spinach Pasta
A rich, creamy pasta loaded with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach – ready in 15 minutes. 🍅🌿
Ingredients:

300g pasta (penne or fettuccine)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

œ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped

4 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

œ cup grated Parmesan cheese

œ tsp salt, Œ tsp black pepper

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package. Reserve œ cup pasta water.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Toss with cooked pasta. Add pasta water if needed. Serve warm with red pepper flakes if desired.
