Senior Architect/Project Architect/Manager
Experience Required: 7-10 years minimal
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Professional degree in B. Architecture from accredited college
• Ability to optimally analyze Architecture/MEP parameters and spatial planning of a project
• Expertise in all design phases including working on multiple projects simultaneously through tendering and construction administration
• Prefer candidates with complex engineering and technical based experience in advance construction
• Should have expertise in preparing construction drawings and detailing for large-scale international standard commercial, institutional and hospitality projects.
• Experience in leading project management
• Must have thorough knowledge of project costing, PAR, rate analysis, technical specifications, Cost estimation etc.
• Must ensure that furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E) requirements on all projects are sourced, ordered and delivered efficiently – on quality, on time and on budget.
• Up to date with product and material knowledge in the market globally
• Strives for innovation and should have clarity and creativity in though process
• Should ensure efficient coordination, appropriate technical briefing and timely delivery from consultants and vendors
• Should be able to communicate and express design intent with confidence
• Should be able to interpret a client’s brief and develop the design to high standards/quality of construction
• Ability to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD including coordinating full construction documentation sets
• Knowledge of BIM modeling preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Must be sincere & proactive

• Should be able to assist in office management and PR marketing activities
• Expertise in business proposal writing and professional communication
• Well-versed with presentations in RFPs and architectural proposals
• Up to date with product and material knowledge in the market globally
• Strives for innovation and should have clarity and creativity in though process
• Should ensure efficient coordination, appropriate technical briefing and timely delivery from consultants and vendors
• Should be able to communicate and express design intent with confidence
• Proficient in software like Indesign, Autocad, Sketch-up, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Must be sincere & proactive
