We recently completed Phase 1 of this landmark 1917 Colonial Revival townhouse in Brooklyn’s Victorian Flatbush neighborhood.

Our work on the first floor included restoring original floors, walls, and moldings, along with integrating new custom cabinetry into the existing millwork. The built-ins were hand-brushed in Fine Paints of Europe—bridging historic detail with modern refinement.

The 18th Street Project gave us the opportunity to create plenty of storage for this lofty feel home located in the heart of Chelsea. With the bookcases,all the closets,Vanity,TV unit & kitchen we were definitely able to leave our mark in this complete renovation. Great work once again by the general contractors who were able to transform this photography studio to a home.
