Fall is on the air and with this new season, I’ve got a little of bit of my own news to share. 

Since so many of you have asked for long-form videos over the last couple of years, we’re just about to launch our YouTube channel and my new Web Show series. So, if you want to be notified of new full video releases, you’ve got to either subscribe or become a member. At long last, the room is revealed to Mom and younger son (elder son was still away). This is the moment when everything that was originally expressed as a wish, a want or a need has been materialized for the client to see with their own eyes. Since this whole process was being kept as a big secret to all, the entire family was in the dark about what to expect. Needless to say, it was all happy tears, yelps and big smiles!

Well, that’s a wrap on the Boy’s Room. Even though I have very definite ideas of what my rooms will eventually look like, it always comes as a bit of a shock when I finally get to see them fully assembled and in 3D. And I have to say, I’m really pleased with this result. You’ll want to see what Mom and son had to say!

The people have spoken: the boy’s room reveal is finally here. 

A room is never more beautiful than in that magical hour when it’s all finally comes together. Sometimes, it makes me sad because I know that it will never again look as beautiful as it does in this moment. But, rooms are meant to be lived in and the success of a room is only as good as how well it works for its inhabitants. There is no question that this teenagers room will be tested, but hard wearing and forgiving materials were used to ensure a longer shelf life. I hope this room provides them with a soft place to land; a place to rest and be restored, and a place to dream.
