• ⅓ cup marinara or pizza sauce (warmed)

• A handful of fresh spinach or basil leaves

• 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

• ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

• (Optional) Garlic powder to sprinkle on the buttered bread

Instructions
1. Prep the Bread
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Butter one side of the top and bottom bread slices. For the middle slice, lightly butter both sides. (Pro-tip: Sprinkle a little garlic powder on the buttered sides for extra flavor).

2. Toast the Middle Slice
Place the middle slice of bread in the skillet and toast it for about 1-2 minutes per side until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.

3. Build the First Tier
Place the bottom slice of bread in the skillet, butter-side down. Layer it in this order:

• A generous handful of shredded mozzarella

• A layer of fresh spinach or basil leaves

• A spoonful of warmed marinara sauce

Ingredients

For the Salmon:

• 1 large salmon side (about 1.5 lbs / 700g) or 4 individual fillets

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

• 4–5 sprigs of fresh rosemary (plus extra for garnish)

• Fresh parsley, finely chopped

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (for that beautiful caramelized glaze)

• 1/2 tsp paprika (for color and subtle warmth)

Instructions

1. Prep the Oven and Salmon

• Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

• Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with a paper towel

2. Make the Glaze
