Each building comes with the below:
Pressure treated skids and floor joist 2x6
Floor is 3/4 inch CDX plywood
All buildings are Lasor leveled
8' walls with wall studs 16'' on center
26 gauge ribbed metal roofing
Your choice of 1 steel house door with deadbolt lock or double barn door
Set up on 2x8x16 inch concrete pads
50 Mile radius, anything over 50 is $2.00 a mile, limit 250 miles
Suggested window sizes 2x3 3x3 3x4 3x5 No mulled windows
Homeowner supplies windows and any extra exterior door/cut in is $40.00 each to install extra door must be in jam ready to set

20x42 finally completed. New owner just needs to paint it to their liking 👍;). We do not do skirting on these buildings but this one was a must for us. The trench pictured is for the electric connection to pole. This customer was paying over $1500 per year for a small storage unit. We fixed that problem for them 😀.
