Carters Lawn Mowing Service LLC
is looking for lawn maintenance workers to join our lawn care team. You must be comfortable operating lawn maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Understand general yard maintenance and have a positive attitude. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients businesses and homes exteriors looking Beautiful and well maintained throughout the seasons.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Mow, fertilize, and maintain landscape areas
• Prune and clean up plants, trees, shrubs
• Rake fallen leaves and remove debris
• Keep pedestrian areas removed of any debris
• Operate ground maintenance equipment such as zero turn mowers, push mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers, chainsaws
• Have a good understanding of power tools and hand tools

Requirements and qualifications:
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Speak English, have good communication, and customer service skills.
•Be a United States of American citizen
• Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 50+ pounds
• Work efficiently under deadlines and schedules
• Work well with others, be able to take direction and follow orders
• Attention to detail, positive attitude, and desire to learn
• Previous experience in landscaping, Hardscaping or grounds keeping is a plus
• Work rain or shine
• Be available to work some Saturdays

Salary:
$17-$25 per hour and depending on experience level

Based out of Newberg, OR
