This week promises to bring exciting transformations both inside and out. Our crew continues to make steady progress, which is much easier with these cooler temperatures. Vinyl and metal installation is underway on the exterior and the sheetrock finishers are moving right along on the interior. We are anxious to share the finishing touches in a just few days.

What Rain?

We are officially “in the dry” in Buffalo! Even with all the rain this past week, the roof is on and the shell is complete. Now we can charge ahead without the weather holding us back.
This weekend we are looking forward to spending time with family as we cerebrate birthdays and back-to-school, because come Monday, it’s back to work and full steam ahead on the next stages of the build. We can’t wait to see it all start coming together!

Raising the Walls in Buffalo

Excitement is building in Buffalo, SC as Week 3 of construction brings major progress to this new home site. Framing is complete and the walls are officially up, giving a first glimpse at the layout of what’s to come. Now, with trusses in place, the home is really taking shape. The sights and sounds of hammers, saws, and work crews echo through the small town as dreams start to rise from the red dirt. It’s been a hot and busy summer, but each beam and board brings this home one step closer to reality. Stay tuned because the roof is next!

Progress in Buffalo:

There’s nothing like building dreams in a small community. This morning started early, grading the slope, after a week packed with progress. The plumbing was roughed in, concrete poured, and lumber delivered. We’ve been blessed to be able to keep the momentum strong, even in the sweltering summer heat. Every inch of this build reflects hard work, experience, and small-town pride. We aren’t just building houses, we’re building foundations for families, futures, and community. Another week down. Much more to come. Stay tuned.
