Position: Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Are you an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic looking for a new challenge? Agassiz Asphalt, LLC. is seeking a skilled individual to join our asphalt paving team and help keep our fleet of heavy machinery running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various types of heavy equipment, including pavers, rollers, trucks and loaders.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic is recommended.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems in heavy machinery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
