Wondering why Ca had to rely on Canadian for Super Scoopers if we experienced this situation in the past?

Why did the Harbor Boats not get deployed/used to draft water from the Malibu ocean water to preserve property? why were hydrants not inspected prior to fires as preform inspections?
Why are we even asking these basic questions when these people are educated professionals and study fire science and fire behavior.
Who the hell would authorize the cessation of water being stored in reservoirs?
All this after taxing the residents of California the HIGHEST taxes in the country, and not only the rich are paying these taxes. Every California resident is paying these taxes:
Property tax,sales tax, luxury tax, tax for the deaf, city, state and local taxes, gas tax, luxury tax,income tax,self employment, tax, capital gains tax, and now toll roads that have been built with all our TAX money, and so many more…

Sounds like we should all leave and let California be a desert again to me. What’s the benefit to living in California.

FYI. Wanted to say, the authorities are not joking! As a licensed contractor we are thought that if any catastrophe becomes a Federal Disaster Area, you CANNOT solicit business or even be in the area as it is now a FEDERAL OFFENSE and carries a much larger consequence! That goes for the building or rebuilding of structures. No business cards etc! Just warning Y’all’
