Most contractors think showing up at 9:00 means pulling into the driveway at 9:00.
I disagree.
If the job starts at 9:00, work should start at 9:00.
That’s why I show up early.
In this video, I arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, greeted the client, confirmed the game plan, and got straight to work setting up.
Pressure washer connected.
Water source hooked up.
Fuel checked.
Boots on.
Tools ready.
By 9:00 AM, there were no interruptions.
No unloading.
No scrambling.
No wasted time.
Just work.
The difference between average companies and great companies is often found in the little things.
Being prepared.
Respecting the client’s time.
Having a system.
Because professionalism starts long before the first window gets cleaned or the first square foot gets pressure washed.
That’s the standard we hold ourselves to at Forever Clear.
If you’re on time, you’re late.
Forever Clear.
