Most contractors think showing up at 9:00 means pulling into the driveway at 9:00.

I disagree.

If the job starts at 9:00, work should start at 9:00.

That’s why I show up early.

In this video, I arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, greeted the client, confirmed the game plan, and got straight to work setting up.

Pressure washer connected.
Water source hooked up.
Fuel checked.
Boots on.
Tools ready.

By 9:00 AM, there were no interruptions.

No unloading.
No scrambling.
No wasted time.

Most people would replace the entire screen.

We replace the damaged part.

On this screen repair in Newport Beach, one side of the frame was bent beyond repair, so instead of trying to force it back into shape, I cut a brand-new frame piece to size and rebuilt the screen properly.

Last weekend I had the honor of standing next to my brother as his best man and giving a speech at his wedding.

We’ve shared a lot of memories over the years, and being a part of this chapter of his life is something I’ll never forget.

Life moves fast.

One minute you’re kids causing trouble together, and the next you’re standing at his wedding watching him start a new family.

Newport Commercial Window Washing

Not every window should be scraped with a metal razor blade.

On this window, there was glue residue sitting on top of a window film, which changes everything.

A traditional razor blade can scratch the film and permanently damage the tint.

That’s why I used a plastic razor blade instead.

Same goal.
Less risk.

Professional window cleaning isn’t just knowing how to remove contamination.

It’s knowing which tool is appropriate for each surface.

The wrong tool can create damage.
The right tool gets the result without the risk.
