Seeking Skilled Carpenter with a variety of residential trade skills and experience for Immediate Work. Compensation: Based on experience (5+ years required)

Position involves lots of hands on building from light framing to drywall, to tile and flooring, to finish work and everything in between. Good communication is a MUST. May be working independently on projects or have one to three laborers working under you on any given project depending on need.

We are a residential remodel contractor based in Newport News, servicing areas from Norfolk to Chesapeake to Williamsburg (occasionally servicing Virginia Beach area). We live by INTEGRITY above all else (Honesty, Respect, Loyalty, Hard Working, Reliability). A high level of quality is expected and attention to detail is a MUST.

Applicants must be able to fulfill the following:

1. Willing to travel for work (likely not to exceed 30 miles) and work in varying weather conditions

2. Be willing to work and assist with a wide variety of construction tasks and trades

3. Be willing and eager to learn and take instruction and work as a team

4. Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

5. Pass a background check

6. Be reliable and punctual

7. Can work a flexible schedule if requested (Schedule is fairly regular, occasional long day/weekend day may be requested, over 40 hours and Sundays will be overtime pay if requested)

8. Self motivated and organized

9. Willing to work overtime
