Good evening fellow plant lovers! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted but as usual I’ve been busy with school, work, my worm farm, and all my plants. Tonight I did my first harvest of my lettuce starts that I’ve been growing in my raised beds. I also planted pak choy and that was a success. Now I’ll be planting radish starts along with corn, radishes, and 2 potato starts. Only the radishes will go in the raised beds.

Good morning my fellow plant people! I know it’s been quite awhile since I posted on here. It’s been hectic with working and going to school full time. I recently bought a couple raised beds for my balcony and got the last one out together this morning.

I did a video today on the mushrooms I’ve been growing since the beginning of the year. The video is for both of my pages because the worms will be eating the mushrooms that I’ve cultivated.

Good morning everyone! So my landlord gave me pink oyster and shiitake mushroom kits for Christmas. The shiitake one had already started sprouting mushrooms when I opened the box so now I need to clean off the old mushrooms since new ones are sprouting. The pink oysters are insane to size compare from the morning to the evening when I check on and mist them again.

Good evening everyone! What’s your favorite thing about plants or a certain type of plant? For me I Iooooooove the smell of tomato plants. Also I love finding all the little insects that live in the pots of my outdoor plants. I had to bring all my outdoor plants inside yesterday morning before work due to really high winds that had already tossed my little trees and shrubs around. Tonight I pruned some of my pepper and herb pots. I found a bunch of sow or pill bugs living in the drainage bowls of some of them. Yes I was overly excited

Good morning everyone! I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here but work and school take up a lot of time. I have 2 weeks left of fall term and then winter term doesn’t start until January. So I will have more time to post on here and Liz’s Worm Haven. This morning I’ve already been out on the balcony collecting tomatoes, cutting down the tomato plants, and pruning the plants that are still going strong. I have to work on my German schoolwork today and water indoor plants. Tomorrow night and Tuesday (off) I need to work on getting the shrubs and trees ready for winter around schoolwork. I got a Norfork Island Pine last night at work. It has to live inside during winter but can be outside during the warmer months. I will have to post a picture later. Have a good day everyone!

Good morning fellow plant lovers! Last night after I got home work I was on my balcony watering everyone when I noticed that one of my rescue eggplants is flowering. I was so excited! I’ve never seen an eggplant flower before

Good evening fellow plant lovers! Tonight I supplemental fed my Venus fly trap Jordan Jr for the first time. I would’ve gotten a video but it happened so fast and I was busy making sure I didn’t stab him with my tweezers. I also did some pruning on my tomato plants and noticed that my pepper plants are flowering. Some of the tomato plants have started growing fruit

My wax begonia was looking a little unruly and overgrown. So I cleaned up, repotted, and somewhat tamed her again. Pregnant onions taken care. Although there’s now 7 babies overruning me. Wax begonia done. Some time I need to take care of Revenge the aloe Vera and her pot of rogue pups 🤦‍♀️ eru

Good evening plant peoples! Today I had to go to the spring near where I live and fill up all the plant water jugs. I of course had to look for new plant specimen for my collection that I started in my Wildland Plant Identification as a project. I take pictures of the plant before I take a clipping and document where I got each clipping. I’m a menace to society when it comes to plants and talking about them 😁
