Thanks to Lägler’s generous support, Andrew will experience an all-expenses-paid trip to Germany featuring sightseeing, training at Lägler headquarters, and more. Mansion Hill Custom Floors is growing fast and we need experienced hardwood pros to join us.

We're looking for experienced craftsmen who can install and/or finish hardwood at the level our clients expect. This isn't entry-level work — we're looking for pros.

What we need: ✔️ 3+ years of hands-on hardwood experience (residential) ✔️ Skilled in installation and/or refinishing ✔️ Self-starter, team player, dependable ✔️ Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation

What we offer: ✔️ Pay commensurate with experience ✔️ Full-time employees: health insurance, 401(k), paid time off ✔️ Subcontractors: steady, consistent work with a respected company ✔️ Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30am start ✔️ A team that takes pride in doing it right

Based out of our Newport, KY showroom. Work happens across the Greater Cincinnati area in some of the finest homes in the region.
