Perfection! 3/4 inch osb subfloor all replaced with 3/4 plywood. Then 1/4 plywood underlayment(customer request), #30 felt, then professional grade SPC flooring. I reset and taped all hvac vents as well. Just gotta finished trim and put back her furniture. I'll be replacing the insulation and building supports next. "Jack of all trades, master of none, though oftentimes better than a master of one!" Y'all remember that whole quote the next time you hear it because most only know the first part.
