Project update! A few days ago we completed the structural repairs on this home, including new LVLs and support work. Now we’re in the roofing phase and making strong progress, with final details still being wrapped up.

Before & After – Deck Resurfacing 🔨

This project is a great example that you don’t always need a full deck replacement to achieve a complete transformation.

After a thorough inspection, we determined that most of the structure was in good condition, so a full replacement wasn’t necessary. Instead, we moved forward with a deck resurfacing, upgrading from pressure treated wood to Trex composite (Foggy Warf ).

✔️ Cost-effective alternative to full replacement
✔️ Clean, modern, low-maintenance finish

Important note:
Even when a structure looks good from underneath, hidden damage can sometimes be found once the old decking is removed. In this project, we discovered damaged wood around the stair area and deck edge, which we replaced to ensure everything was safe and solid.

That’s why we always evaluate as we go — replacing only what’s necessary and keeping costs under control without compromising quality.

The result speaks for itself.

This project comes after significant water damage. The space has already been demoed and dried — now we step in to rebuild it from the ground up.

Our scope of work includes:

✔️ Vanity & sink installation

New project coming up 🔨

After a detailed inspection, we determined that the deck structure is still in good condition — so instead of a full replacement, we’re upgrading the decking system to give it a fresh, modern look without unnecessary costs.

We’ll be replacing the existing pressure treated wood with composite decking on the stairs and main deck area.

Water damage restoration completed 💧🔨

We were called after water entered this garage and caused moisture issues. After inspection, we found mold behind the drywall and started the proper mitigation process.

We:
✔ Opened affected walls for inspection
✔ Treated mold on framing
✔ Dried the area with dehumidification
✔ Replaced insulation
✔ Installed mold-resistant drywall
✔ Finished and matched the existing texture

The goal was not just to repair, but to properly restore and protect the structure for the future.
