Put some fresh paint on a commercial apartment for a customer. There was two bedrooms and two closets, one full bathroom, hallway, kitchen/living room, laundry room. Painted five interior doors. A set of bifold doors for the laundry room. Also painted the front door. Two coats on the ceilings and two coats on the walls also sanded some window sills and restain and polyurethane. Ceiling fans, light fixtures, smoke detectors tile, racks, cover plates, door k***s, etc. everything gets loosened or removed to be painted and then everything gets cleaned and put back.

A customer wanted a spare bedroom on a second floor wipe down, cleaned up, cracks in the walls and ceilings fixed. Also wanted the ceilings the walls the trim, and the floor painted. I also replaced the ceiling fan,light switches, and receptacles. Turned out real nice.

Customer wanted a deck and railing power washed. Also the concrete patio underneath power washed. He also wanted some small trees cut down and a little triangle area in the backyard cleared out landscape fabric put down and some river rock put in.

Just finished up a nice job for some really nice customers. I power washed the front of their home and then I painted some siding on the second story dormer and then they wanted the porch ceiling painted and 4 big pillars. Some of the porch ceiling was coming down and I secured it and caulked it in to make it look a lil better. I also power washed the concrete on the front porch and I did their front sidewalk out to the street while I was there. Something I did a little bit extra just on my own at no charge. It turned out nice and they were well pleased
