MGD+ LLC is a design studio focused on providing appropriate architectural solutions directed to the development/investment and individual/homeowners environment. The practice specializes in all types of residential projects, from remodels and additions that dramatically transform an existing building, to new construction projects that carefully rethink the space and the form. In all of them, our

team strives to combine vision and pragmatism, providing innovative and beautiful solutions to the challenges of every site. Our role is to help clients to maximize their aspirations and profits by offering projects that are code-compliant, zone compliant with meaningful forms with consideration for the design and aesthetics. Our office is a collaborative of individuals whose projects focus on design and its economic and environmental impact beyond each building. Our designers learn about setting, history, and context, elements that reinforce the identity and culture of each individual project. As a young and dynamic practice, we are able to offer an exceptional level of enthusiasm, flexibility, efficiency, and highly personalized service. Our team is formed by people with international experience who successfully helped to realize the vision for many development projects in different countries as well as in the Boston area.

Our design for this mixed-use, multifamily property in Newton, MA, demonstrates our commitment to finding innovative solutions for building challenges and limitations within a neighborhood. Plans for a 10-unit, mixed-use development were approved with a special permit, allowing for an inviting new community with underground parking that provides more open space and landscape.
