We are happy to present to you this lower level project. We were called into action through a referral. Our client presented us with a design plan for the space. After much review we brought up that we felt there was much more potential if we moved all the mechanicals and created a formal mechanical room. Working hand and hand with our client we added a half bath, laundry room, and the mechanical room that was not in the original design. This home was built a few years ago and the placement of heating system, water heater, electrical panel, etc etc was a free for all. No future finish was given thought during new construction. The freshly finished lower level has one bedroom, full bath, half bath, laundry, gym, kitchen, family room, large conditioned storage closet, and so much more. We took advantage of under the existing stairway for a built in wine rack. The gym was prepped structurally by us for heavy hanging work out fixtures. Huge glass partitions and mirrors in the gym to compliment the well planned electrical design for all the equipment. The full bath has steam and a large wrap around bench to relax on after a good workout. The half bath was added for convenience of entertaining for years of new family memories. The bedroom is for regular guest stays and is comfortably spacious. There is endless small amenities, a few to mention, all the usb3 ports throughout, entertainment wiring, new smart heating and cooling to name a few. Our clients are over the moon happy, and we’re even happier. Endless thanks to our sub contractors as always and to the next we go. Our focus is new construction. But we love having one or two small projects like this on hand to keep the minds sharp and a have a break from the norm. An extra huge shout out to Frank! Project Manager extraordinaire!!

We’re bringing back the split level ! That’s right 2021 split level 🤯. 936 Central Ave Needham Ma ( California Groove ) is another out of this world design by the one and only alien . Every build past, present, and future have their own look. is a modern masterpiece and having serious buzz. With Kenilworth Wellesley and the double down Dwight getting started these concepts are coming to life and have a magical aura. Linking up with Steve and having someone to share the passion to create different has been a real moon puncher. I throw out a few curve balls on must haves I’d like to see in the design, then stay out of his way and let him run with it. Can’t wait to get this beauty started. We build for legacy. We don’t care about market trends. These designs are intricate and difficult to build. Easy was never an option. “Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations”.

First order of business..... knock down. Dwight Rd Needham a.k.a. “The double down”. Subdivided this beautiful one acre lot into half for two private estates. Two farmhouse industrial beauties coming right up. Each will boast 7,000 sq ft of finished space. 6 bed 🛌 6.5 baths 🛁, 2 car garage 🚗, and is designed by the one and only .home.design . There will be so many one off designs and feature! We are hoping to inspire other builders to look at these new construction developments as an empty canvas to make living art and not just dollar per square foot formulas. HUGE shout out to for the video and editing. ( highly recommended).
