Fall checklist....replace worn out unseen wood in the eaves, replace leaky roof with metal, add snow/ice guards to roof, revive dirty siding and concrete with a good anti mildew/mold power washing, and replaced old broken latis and power wash deck for sealer. I believe we have the farm ready for the cold months ahead.
