New project underway in Stow, MA! 👏

Our team started the demolition phase of this chimney rebuild today. The existing chimney has reached the end of its service life and is being carefully dismantled in preparation for a complete rebuild.

Safety is always our top priority. Our crew is fully harnessed and following strict safety procedures while working at height.

Tomorrow we'll be installing staging, and then we'll move on to rebuilding the chimney from the ground up.

This property had a severely deteriorated cinderblock foundation that required a complete structural rebuild. Our team carefully supported the home, installed temporary structural supports and new steel lally columns, dismantled the failing foundation, and rebuilt it with a new reinforced cinderblock foundation.

The new foundation was constructed on a solid footing, reinforced with concrete, and built to provide long-term structural stability for the home.

This front entrance was showing significant wear and deterioration. Our team completed a full restoration, installing new natural stone veneer on all risers, new bluestone treads and landing, and carefully reinstalling the existing railings to complete the transformation.

The result is a beautiful, durable staircase that completely enhances the home’s curb appeal while providing a long-lasting, low-maintenance finish.

These old red brick stairs were showing significant signs of wear, with deteriorated treads, platform, and mortar joints. Our team fully repointed the brickwork, carried out a deep chemical cleaning to remove years of staining, restored the walkway, installed a new drainage system, and upgraded the entire staircase with beautiful new bluestone treads and a bluestone platform.

To complete the project, we reinstalled the original railings and left the customer with a clean, durable entrance that completely transformed the front of the property.

This old stone retaining wall had settled and sunk due to having no proper foundation. Our team carefully dismantled the wall, installed a new reinforced concrete foundation, added drainage behind the wall, and rebuilt everything using the original stones and steps.

The result is a strong, long-lasting wall that looks great and will stand the test of time.
