This is a full-time leadership position for someone with strong experience in landscaping and tree work who can manage a crew and keep jobs running efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage landscaping & tree crews
• Perform landscaping tasks (mulch, planting, trimming, cleanups)
• Assist with tree work including removals and pruning
• Operate equipment safely (chainsaws, chippers, etc.)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and professionally

Requirements:
• Experience in landscaping and tree service
• Ability to lead and communicate with a crew
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded
