Client asked to take a couple open closet “nooks” in the bedrooms and add some bifold doors. Got creative building side jambs and doing trim to allow for standard size doors.

When it’s time to plant, but your planters are falling apart…. Our client is planting herbs, but these will probably survive watermelons now.

Our client said this bird house, I mean electric awning, had to go. Siding replaced after removal of the shade and mounts so it’s as if it was never there.

Sorry birds, but there’s some nice trees you can make your home in this year.

Spring is in the air! And a number of clients have reached out thinking that spring air would be a lot nicer coming through an updated screen door.

Some of the modern screen doors have retractable screens built in so you don’t have to worry about swapping and storing screens and glass panels each year.

This client requested our handyman services to replace a glass door assembly with a weatherstripped steel door and jamb for added soundproofing and security.

We were able to carefully remove the existing door and jamb to save for future use if they ever decide they want to reinstall it, and reduced project cost by saving the door casings for reuse with this new jamb.

Original door hardware was used to keep things functional until their permanent door k**b and lock assembly are decided on.

The projects that make a big visual impact are fun.

Our client’s goal was to have these installed in their living room with no trim at the top or sides. The floating media console also had to remain in place for the duration of the project.

Result: one-off install with paneling scribed to ceiling, sides and furniture. After the wall paneling, we reinstalled the large tv and some minimal trim at the floor-to-wall intersection.
