It’s been some time since we’ve last made a post, but we just finished a HUGE remodel at the El Matador. This job had a few different hands involved, so there’s no way we could take all the credit. First, Heath at Rominger Renovations came in last second as our general contractor. He put a lot on the line to get us set up and ensure the show stayed in sequence. Heath, you are amazing and we hope to continue further work with you in the future. Kitchen counter and cabinets were installed by Kitchen Tune-Up - Niceville, FL, John and his crew were amazing, swift, and adjusted well with changes. The shower, vanity, mirror, and bathroom hardware was installed by Bath Tune-Up Gulf Breeze Pensacola Niceville, Daryl was amazing when it came to ensuring the job kept on despite challenges. The electric work from Chuck at MetroPower, Inc., the plumbing was done by Frank at PLUMB Insanity Plumbing. Robert Allen Reed and crew, along with a Corey at Done Right Handyman and Renovations Services, Matt at Insane NWFL Home Inspections, came in and we created an owners closet, pantry, faux beams complete with LED accent lights reflecting on a refreshed accent brick wall in the great room, created more storage for guests, a game shelf, cleaned up the hall closet space, and custom drop ceiling tiles. The homeowner had Alan B Alexander create his duchess and cabinet for the hallway. The unit has been amazingly overhauled with new appliances. The brick wall has been sprayed in glass chips to really bring out the lights from the faux beam. Even the back patio has been updated with new paint and texture to help with rain run off and brighten up the area. You can comfortably fit a family inside the unit which is literally feet from the beach or even a pickle ball court.
