Another job for the good land lords. This closed in porch had reached the end of its life and wasnt safe anymore so we ripped it out and made a new open back deck with a new basement door. Now these tenants have a nice place to enjoy the sweet summer air!
Stay tuned and we will wrap up the inside of this new deck with siding and casing to match the rest of the house.

Here's a project we are really proud of. People think that things like composite decking or cable railings are too expensive on a blue collar income. Well we tip our hats to our fellow blue colar workers and say this;we work really hard for our money, we shouldnt have to settle for something. Our hard earned money should get us exactly what we want. Glad we could do this for such a fine family.

Biggest LVL we've ever had to remove and replace! This garage door header also held up another beam that hold up the second story. We got to it just in time with water rot and termite damage having it at its breaking point! Thanks to Resilience Construction L.L.C for sending some guys to help us lift this in!

Another project with our friends over at Resilience Construction L.L.C. We really turned this place around with renovations in 3 bathrooms, the family room, dinning room, and a full kitchen refurbish. We refinished the hardwood floors to a much darker shade to account for deep stains in the wood. We were happy to work to make a better home for such nice people!
