Too often we see slumlords that leave things dangerous, ugly, or both for their tenants. Glad we came across some landlords that actually care about the well being of their tenants. A quick one day job of a deck and storm door. Glad we could help out!

Biggest LVL we've ever had to remove and replace! This garage door header also held up another beam that hold up the second story. We got to it just in time with water rot and termite damage having it at its breaking point! Thanks to Resilience Construction L.L.C for sending some guys to help us lift this in!

Another project with our friends over at Resilience Construction L.L.C. We really turned this place around with renovations in 3 bathrooms, the family room, dinning room, and a full kitchen refurbish. We refinished the hardwood floors to a much darker shade to account for deep stains in the wood. We were happy to work to make a better home for such nice people!

Here's another project for one of our friends in Dakota Woods. Three decks boxed in with rubber mulch, all new exterior lights with a chandelier over the main entryway all on individual dimmer switches, a beautiful antique chandelier in the master bedroom, and since we had a little leftover material from the deck build we knocked out a nice little set of steps inside the garage to match. Thanks again for always trusting PCFI with your projects and welcoming us in your beautiful community!!

A quick visit to one of our regular customers for some upgrades. From a new toilet and storm door to some pipe railings and a second tier added on the deck we built over the summer to give it some hieght, this is a customer who knows what they want and who they can trust to call to get it done.

Here a little winter project with our friends over at Resilience Construction L.L.C. Christmas is not the time anybody wants to be building a deck with holidays and freezing temperatures but we're always there to meet our clients needs whatever they are!
