Progress photos it's coming along demo of a dining room removed 2 layers of drop ceiling patched in a rotten spot in the plaster removed paneling off walls all trim and carpet and pad framed in to build a bathroom on 1st floor with a pocket door added some lights and recepticals ran all new wiring to the room and lights from basement plumbing and eletrical is done now but not pictured. Just have to drywall everything now bathroom and cieling will get laid over and walls skimmed out then paint and installing vinyl flooring wainscoating half way up the walls and all new trim and lights and the toilet and vanity. I'll post another set of before and after pics when its all done this week.

Start to finish demoed a closet in a bedroom to make room to add a 2nd bathroom upstairs roughed in plumbing for the bathroom tied it in downstairs in the basement to drain and water lines.Rehung the down stairs all new insulation wiring and drywall rehung finished orange pill texture Cielings and primer sprayed. Turned out great knocked it pretty quick. Just sold another big whole house renovation been working with house flippers lately trying to break into that market. These are some of the before pics of the areas that will get the most work. I'm excited to get this opportunity again to do one in my city of Niles. If all goes well will be doing the one next door to this one afterwards. This will be a whole house renovation alot of drywall work, painting the whole house, all new vinyl Flooring, 2 bathroom remodels, 1 kitchen remodel, fixing 3 broken windows, new plumbing lines in basement,drywalling the whole attic and painting. Demoing window in the upstairs bathroom where surround goes, adding new lighting and lots of other stuff. Soon as I'm done I'll post all the after photos and I'll be doing some videos here and there also. I'm going to document this one better then the last one and take better photos through out the job so I can use this one for advertising for full renovation work and try and just do mostly that for a few people that flip houses. Some misc plumbing repairs running new lines and a few hot water tank installs. Before you go paying 2000 to 2500 or more for a hot water tank replacement give us a call for a qoute. Standard same for same replacements on 40 gallon tanks starting at 700.00 including disposal of old tank. Installs come with labor warranty. So this place emailed me and I guess they take all your business info from online presence customer reviews and what not and then the computer program ranks your bussines among others in the city state region country and I won. I came in number 1 in the city of Niles and weathersfield top 50 in North East Ohio and top 100 in all of ohio.I also entered my company into another one that's global I'm waiting to get results back from that. Im not sure how official it is but still something to be proud of just being recognized at all. I've come along way in my short 4 years of being in business for myself. In a big way though it wasnt just hard work honesty and compassion. I've had the privilege of meeting and working for so so many amazing appreciatibe customers that have just made it there goal to praise me and spread my name like wild fire and just help me out in a big way. Im greatly appreciative for all my customers and people that have giving me the chance to work for them and believe in me and be there for me. I'll be forever greatful and indebted to you all. I will continue to give back as much as possible and spread kindness love and honesty to as manag people as possible.

Finished up another deck for a lovely customer right down the road from me on Niles Vienna.Demoed the old one rebuilt new one just reused the vinyl handrails and solar lights since they where newer and still nice.
