1. The company is gone.
Caradco. Norco. Pozzi. Malta. MW. All absorbed, shut down, or out of the wood window business. The windows are still in houses like yours, but the companies that stood behind them aren't around anymore.

2. The model is discontinued.
The company exists... but they don't make your window anymore. A warranty that ends when production ends isn't a lifetime warranty. It's a production-run warranty.

Regardless of which situation you're in, here's what we want you to know: you have options with Fenster.

Those legacy brands all walked away from replacement parts, but we didn't. We've spent 25 years building aftermarket wood sashes in Noblesville, Indiana, which is exactly why a lot of those companies send homeowners our way.

Before you order a double-hung kit, check one thing: what's holding your sash in place?

Compression jamb liners = the vinyl track squeezes against the sash to hold it. Quiksash kits are built for these.

Static easy-tilt systems = you'll see sliding sash locks along the top of the sash. Our kits will not work with these.
