Princess Anne Paving, Inc. is seeking experienced asphalt paver laborer to fill long-term positions assisting in asphalt construction and resurfacing. Please call our office at 757-461-5544 if interested.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
·Work in all stages of asphalt paving
· Take direction from crew foreman to ensure safe operations and satisfactory work
· Contribute ideas, experience, and concerns to better performance of crew
· Willingness to learn, take responsibility and move up
· Willingness to work 8+hrs/day
Physical Requirements
· Stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
· Remain outdoors for prolonged periods of time
· Kneel, stoop, and crouch
· Capable of lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Qualifications
· Stable work history with good references from past employers
· Must be willing to work as a team with positive attitude.
· Must arrive to work on-time and be prompt in executing duties
· Must possess a valid driver’s license
· Pass drug test and background check

Work Location:
• One location: Report at HQ each day
Typical start time:
• 7:30AM
Typical end time:
• 4:00 PM
Pay Frequency:
• Weekly

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hour shift

• Driver's License (Required)
