On this project, we took on the challenge of crafting a custom arched header and casing to frame an exterior entry door set into a brick wall. When working with curved masonry openings, you can’t just buy off-the-shelf trim. Every piece must be custom-milled, scribed, and shaped to match the precise architecture of the building.
To achieve this seamless curve, we used precision templating and lamination techniques—allowing the timber to bend fluidly while maintaining its structural strength. From the header block detail down to the clamped side jambs, every joint was dialed in for an airtight, seamless fit.
Custom arched trim isn't just about good looks—it's about building to last. We focus on exact tolerances and clean reveals so that weather, moisture, and time won't compromise the work.
