Another bathroom transformation completed in Chicago’s historic Prairie District.

This project was all about maximizing a smaller space without sacrificing comfort, function, or design. We completely reworked the layout to make the bathroom feel more open, usable, and modern while keeping a clean luxury finish throughout.

Features included:
• Freestanding soaking tub
• Custom curbless walk-in shower
• Double vanity with quartz countertop
• Large format tile
• Matte black fixtures and finishes

The final result turned a compact bathroom into a bright, functional space that feels much larger than it actually is.

This Chicago lakefront bathroom was a tight space challenge — but with the right design, we made it work beautifully. We fit a freestanding tub, built a curbless walk-in shower for that clean modern look, and transformed the entire feel of the space without wasting a single inch.
