After years of pumps being clogged and needing repair a Southern, NJ housing authority decided it was time for an upgrade. Because hypodermic needles were being found in the sewage they decided the new system would need to be as clog free as possible to protect their staff. A powerful combo of Barnes Envie chopper pumps and Deraggers were chosen. The Barnes pumps chop through the solids which keeps the pump and valves clear while the Deraggers auto-reverse the pumps to help keep the pump and the suction piping clear.

A New Jersey municipal authority was having odor issues at one of their pump stations. They tried chemicals which didn't work since they are only designed to remove one or some of the odors found in raw sewage. They have used carbon in the past but that needs to constantly be replaced and the old carbon needs to be disposed of. CW Sales recommended the Oda-Killa from SunCoast and offered a trial. The trial was successful and a unit was installed permanently.

The Oda-Killa odor control system works by pulling the air from the wet well and introducing ozone. The ozone combines with the odor molecules and changes the makeup of these molecules which eliminates the odor. The unit uses very little power and is self contained so there are no chemicals or carbon that needs to be added which is costly.
