Bathroom cleanup!!!

Light compound work/repairs, ceiling and walls freshly painted with a color change using paint color Halation PPU26-15. Ceilings done in bright white.

Step 3 and one of the best transformations yet.

Full carpet removal including all tracks and staples. Secured subfloor throughout.

Brand new 6” wife vinyl flooring installed throughout including closets.

New door sill/bottom plate on exterior door and weather proofed

New door and base moldings.

All doors and moldings (doors/windows/base) painted in semi gloss white.

Step 2 of our latest big project!!!

Carpet removal on the stairs, treads refinished, risers and stringers all smoothed out and freshly painted in white semi gloss.

Front and side entry doors cleaned up and painted in a white semi gloss with new brush nickel hardware.

Color change using paint. Color is Harbor Haze 2136-60 in an eggshell finish. All moldings and trim including stair risers and balusters in white semi gloss.

Step one of this big project.

Starting with creating a new master bedroom. Complete color change using Behr color Halation PPU26-15. However, we used Ben series in an eggshell finish.

We also extended the entry wall to frame out and add a 32” 6 panel prehung door with new satin nickel hardware.

Ceiling in a bright white and all moldings and doors in white semi gloss finish.

This was just the start and is nothing compared to what comes next. Stay tuned
