Arrived on site to diagnose furnace not producing proper airflow. Upon inspection, unit was opened and electrical and mechanical components were evaluated.

System was calling for heat and burners were operating normally; however, the indoor blower motor was not operating. Verified proper voltage being sent from the control board to the blower motor. Motor failed to start and showed signs of internal failure.

Blower assembly was removed from the furnace cabinet for further inspection. Blower motor tested and confirmed to be defective.

Performed the following work:

• Removed faulty blower motor from blower housing

• Installed new replacement blower motor

• Reattached wiring and secured mounting brackets

• Reinstalled blower assembly into furnace cabinet

• Verified proper electrical connections

• Tested system operation

After installation, furnace was cycled through a full heating sequence. Blower motor started and operated normally, restoring proper airflow through the system.

System is now operating properly.
