Let's just say, my neighbors car and garage door got into a fight and both lost. Southeastern Garage Doors came to the rescue during this traumatic experience and I could not be more pleased. They arrived the next day to access the damage. The very next day they removed the door, motor and track, AND took it all to be disposed of. The quick response was important, due to my car being stuck inside my garage and not accessible. The new door is now up and I love it! I met 3 employees throughout the process, all of which were SO professional, knowledgeable and most importantly kind. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

If you need a garage door opener.....SGD is your place. They are highly professional-knowledgeable-friendly-listen well and very very observant!!! My Garage door was 40 years old with a 14 yr old lift. When SGD left the door went up like lightening! The 2 remote controls work from 1/8th mile away. You would be making a serious mistake not picking SGD!

The owner of Southeastern Garage Doors should be head of HR for the majority of service and retail companies. He knows how to develop good customer service practices and definitely knows how to hire the right people. From salesmen to servicemen to office staff, all are knowledgeable, professional and personable. Everyone I have dealt with at Southeastern Garage Doors strives to making sure my questions and/or concerns are addressed in a timely manner and that I am completely satisfied. Not only are they the best garage doors I have ever had, the entire experience from getting a quote to installation to maintenance has been enjoyable and stress-free. I utilized Southeastern Garage Doors for a self contracted new build in Edisto. From the first appointment to yesterday's service call, the service, quality and professionalism have been top notch. I have heavy hurricane rated doors that were custom
Painted. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and the quality of the LiftJack system they use.
I requested an 18 month preventative maintenance call and SEGD called back within a few hours and had a service technician at my property within a day! The Technician checked, tightened and lubricated all the necessary spots and adjustments. I could not be happier with my purchase! Thank you to all who worked on my project at SEGD!

These people are super. The salesman was very helpful. He even took the time to call me when I emailed some questions about the estimate. The gal on the phone was pleasant. The doors came and were installed ahead of the time promised. The fellow that installed the doors worked hard all day, obviously knew what he was doing and did a great job. This company beat the other estimate we got by $500. We love the doors and they made our garage look brand new. I would hire these people again without a doubt.

Hi Jayme, as u probably know, Al was successful in troubleshooting and rectifying the issue with the controllers for the new opener. Everything seems fine at present and wanted to thank you for the your helpful assistance. You and Al are truly professionals and provide great customer service, which is rare these days.

I can’t say enough about Ron! He should up on town and was completely honest with me all the way through the process. He even took the time to fix my garage door opener when I didn’t ask him to. I told him exactly what we wanted and he came in cheaper than any other company in the area. Highly recommend these guys and especially Ron! Thanks Ron

I wanted to definitely take the time out to give special recognition to Al, my service technician. He was so patient and kind...Having him come out twice to assess and reinstall a corrected unit (that he picked up personally by the way after being routed to TWO stores due to inventory and general customer service complexity from the vendor) was an absolute pleasure and delight. I really appreciated him not only doing my installation but educating me on safety precautions and how to tell when something is going wrong. I told SG that it was definitely not an easy road to getting my opener installed...I had to traverse through a flood and endured a lot of back-and-forth calling/store visits/reiterating information, so I truly had some tough times getting on one accord, however Al absolutely wrapped up a challenging encounter with a beautiful bow of spectacular customer service. In fairness, SG also came through for me and took the reins on getting the answers I needed. So if you go with SG, I would absolutely recommend you request Al if he has the availability! Angel Al, if you're reading this, me and the kitties say thanks again!! :)
