We were so excited to take this project on! There were a lot of people involved. I had my sales rep from Sherwin-Williams come out to help select the proper paint for the job. We had D.reihms Pressure Washing come out to do a soft wash for us. We were so happy with his work! And rental of the lift. We scraped loose paint, caulked the cracks and repaired the stucco before the finish paint. We used Emerald Rain Refresh from Sherwin-Williams in North East MD. Time is running out for these exterior projects. The holidays are just around the corner. Schedule your interior painting before the family shows up. We used a semi-transparent stain on the deck bords and a solid stain on the spindles. Navajo white and natural cedar.
