A recent kitchen renovation that resulted in a seamless transformation for these clients. The before and after photos illustrate the significant impact of removing a couple of walls to create an open floor plan. The project consisted of new cabinetry, vinyl flooring, countertops, tile backsplash, windows, sliding glass door, new lighting and plumbing fixtures.

Interior-
Want to update your kitchen but still love your cabinets? We deleted the raised bar on this kitchen to create an open concept feel. Installed new countertops, sink, faucet, and a beautiful tile backsplash to tie it all together. What a difference it made for this kitchen, without breaking the bank!

Exterior-
What better way to enjoy your brand new pool than to have a custom outdoor kitchen to go along with it. These clients made some excellent selections for their finishes. The countertops and ledger stone alongside the stainless appliances and inserts really set this kitchen off. Now it’s time for some cook outs!

Removed this old, inefficient 3 panel slider that was causing all sorts of heat gain issues in the master bedroom and just became too unsightly for this customer to look at any longer. We opted to infill with block and match an existing window assembly that was on the other side of the house. This window asembly has a fixed pane in the middle and two horizontal rollers on each side, which provides that large clear veiw while still providing the ability to let some fresh air in on those rare cooler days. The impact rated and insulated glass took care of the heat gain issues, as well as giving this master bedroom the makeover it deserved.

If you’re tired of looking at and cleaning dust from the applied grids on your glass doors, we can help. This client chose to upgrade their door glass inserts to an insulated full lite style to provide that full view look. This is a nice way to upgrade your existing doors without breaking the bank.

Client wanted to update their shower floor of 30years without breaking the bank. We decided to do a tile overlay with this pebble mosaic to keep costs down and not disrupt the existing waterproofing. New floor tied in nicely with the existing cultured marble wall panels.
