✨ In Search Of: Creative Facilitator / Workshop Host (New England Area) ✨
We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and creative individuals to lead **hands-on creative workshops** at breweries, distilleries, vineyards, cafés, libraries, boutiques, and other social spaces across the East Coast — with a focus on the New England area.
If you enjoy working with people, have a creative spark, and don’t mind being on the move, this may be the role for you!
🎨 **About the Role**
As a Creative Facilitator / Host, you’ll guide guests through fun, engaging workshop experiences (which may vary in type). You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, keep things organized, and make sure every guest leaves with something they’re proud of.
✨ **What You’ll Do**
• Lead interactive, step-by-step creative workshops in public & private settings
• Set up and prep all materials (all materials provided - varies by workshop type)
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Assist guests with design choices and techniques
• Capture photos and submit post-event reports
• Manage inventory and supplies
🚗 **Important Details**
• Travel required (distance negotiable - mileage reimbursed at $0.75/mile)
• Must have a reliable car and clean driving record
• Must be comfortable lifting and transporting materials
💡 **What We’re Looking For**
• Strong communication and people skills
• Creative mindset + ability to engage a group
• Flexible schedule (evenings + weekends required)
• No experience required (training provided)
💰 **Compensation**
• Compensation Negotiable
• Events are typically 4 hours total:
* 1.5 hr setup
* 2 hr workshop
* 30 min cleanup
• Groups range from 8–30 participants
📅 **Schedule & Flexibility**
• contract, or temp-to-hire
• 4–40 hours per week
