Wholesale Manufacturing Business seeking full-time customer service/admin position for our North Las Vegas branch. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word experience is required. QuickBooks experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Must be organized, self- motivated, courteous, reliable, and team player.
Job Requirements - Answer customer phone calls, emails, and requests. Enter sales orders and invoice customers via QuickBooks, checking orders for accuracy, help customers at our will call counter, schedule ground and freight shipments. Applicants will be required to pass a background check.
Schedule - (7:30am - 4pm) Monday - Friday. Weekends Off.
