Today was one of those days that sticks with you.
Chad and Crystal took Tony out to lunch to present him with the Hirschi Helping Hands Award, and honestly… moments like this say everything about who they are as leaders.
Tony’s journey with Hirschi started back in 2013, no construction experience, just a willingness to learn and show up. Over the years, he’s grown into a leader his Hirschi Iron team trusts, a problem-solver who makes things better, and a person who gives back to both the company and the community without ever asking for recognition. He does it for his family, for his crew, and because it’s simply who he is.
The Helping Hands Award isn’t about titles or years of service. It’s about character. It’s about people like Tony who lead with humility, work hard, help others, and make the people around them better.
And seeing Chad and Crystal take time out of their busy schedules to personally recognize that kind of impact? That’s what makes this place special.
Congratulations, Tony. We’re proud of you and grateful to have you on this team. ❤️
