Rick applied in June 2016 for a summer position in our asphalt lab. Ten years later, he’s become one of our best state-certified lab technicians and an important part of the Pelling team. Rick is usually all business (good luck trying to get his photo!), but we managed to snag this picture at our holiday party. Congratulations on 10 years, Rick!
