Shower pan fix ! The right way! This is how to properly built a shower pan -preslope ,shower pan and slope to the drain and then tile ! There’s many ways on waterproofing your shower! The basic standard way (that passes inspection) here in Florida is using red guard, but there are more expensive higher quality materials that will add life to your shower . This is just a budget fix that will fix the leak and problem in your shower but at the end of the day it comes down to the clients budget . Many out there criticize Red guard but it does the job.. see you guys on my next video!

Daycare contract , we did framing walls up to the cealing ,added 6 lights and moved 7 lights and two air vents aswel as added 4 glass doors had to do some framing with them , we closed out the middle room on one side and made the inside room bigger we painted everything we also added crown molding back as well as baseboards and many other detail details. These aren’t the final finished pictures because I got sick and couldn’t get the last photos it these was two days before we finished phase 1 - and we are about to enter phase 2 which is installing vinyl throughout the daycare as well as installing a rock climbing wall for the kids and other fun stuff. Stay tuned for the end results. For phase 1 and 2
