Story time: So I did an estimate the other day and my customer informed me that someone gave her a estimate for mold remediation and told her it would cost her $4,000 to remediate this issue. They also told her she needs to move out of her house because it is contaminated, now this was/is a well known BIG company that tried to take advantage of this customer.

I share this to say, just because its a franchise and well known company doesn’t mean they are doing going business. I pride myself being ethical, having integrity, and providing great customer service. After informing this customer of “realistic numbers” and giving her the standards of remediation and the requirements we practice, she was able to feel relief.

Oh and this big company said this drywall and these baseboards did not need to be removed, they can just be treated and painted over! That is so far from the truth.
