Just applied the finish coat to the foyer ... it appears glossy, but when I continue and apply the finish coat to the dining area, they will both dry to the semi-gloss shine that you see here in the dining room.

Buff and recoat Kithen/Dining area about every 4-6 years. This 1/2" prefinished oak flooring has just 1/8th" of oak veneer on top. Smart decision by my customer... it can't be fully resanded at that thickness.

Always get 3 coats of a quality polyurethane.
